The jailbreaking of firmware 3.1.3 is now available and easy to use. Spirit is an untethered jailbreak for the latest iPad, iPhone and iPod touch Firmware. Download here for Windows,Mac OS and Linux. However for the iPad this is still sort of in the beta stage as many Cydia applications are not developed for the iPad only for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
